“Stories heal what silence once held”
Five Strengths: Strategic, Intellection, Belief, Relator, Empathy
Hanna’s therapeutic approach centers narrative therapy, wholeness through re-storying, and the belief that healing is possible when we are seen, heard, and held with care. Stories are powerful, and the stories we tell about ourselves, the stories others (or our culture/world) tell about us, shape our lives profoundly. Guided by feminist, womanist, queer, and liberation-based practice, Hanna’s work is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and the power to reclaim their voice. Hanna offers a safe and brave space where anyone can explore the fullness of who they are, honor their lived experiences, and reconnect with their inherent worth and agency.
With a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and the importance of communal connection, Hanna walks alongside others on their journeys toward hope and healing. She believes healing is not only a personal process, but also deeply relational. Her work embraces the power of community, the wisdom held within every person, and the beauty of reimagining what’s possible. Whether working with individuals or groups, Hanna’s care is tender, attentive, and rooted in the belief that we become more whole not by erasing our pain, but by gently reshaping the way we carry it.
