How often you receive Reiki is completely up to you. In short, you can think of receiving Reiki as plugging yourself into your universal energy. If your battery is running low, you may require more charge time than someone who's battery is almost fully charged and is feeling good! As a general rule of thumb, if you are experiencing something deep - regardless of whether it's emotional, spiritual, or physical - you may benefit from more frequent Reiki sessions. If you just need a simple tune-up, Reiki can be a wonderful one-off session whenever you need it.
