During our hypnotherapy sessions, you will be gently guided into a state of hypnosis, which is a natural state that we go in and out of all day. Under hypnosis, we are simply calming the mind (and that inner voice that judges and chats to you all day) and going to a deeper level - to the subconscious - where real change can happen! If you’ve ever experienced a deep meditation before, you can expect hypnotherapy to feel very similar, just more targeted to what you are currently trying to work though. Hypnotherapy uses guided imagery and suggestions to help clients access their subconscious mind, release old patterns, move forward, and create lasting change. It can be used to assist a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, and depression.
